En reunión con empleados de los restaurantes Sr. Amigo, y Restaurant Luky de Puerto Peñasco, iniciaron la Capacitaciones a personal de primer contacto con el turista, Mercedes Leyva Domínguez capacitadora del programa Sonora con Actitur, destacó la importancia de sumarse a este tipo de acciones de capacitación que imparte esta comisión, ya que al ser personal de primer contacto con los visitantes su apoyo es clave para el desarrollo del destino de Turístico.
Leyva Domínguez indico, que Atraer a más turistas a Peñasco mediante la promoción pero sobre todo que estos reciban un servicio de calidad y personalizado, es parte de los principales objetivos del programa Sonora con Actitur.
Por su parte Carlos Bonilla Palacio sub director de desarrollo Económico del Municipio de Puerto Peñasco, explicó que este programa es impulsado por el gobierno del Estado, estas jornadas de capacitación se estarán realizando por todo el municipio, son parte de las acciones que presentó la gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich en Sonora con Actitur, el objetivo de este programa es que mejoren su atención y disposición para recibir a nuestros turistas, que se percaten que la prioridad para nosotros es la atención al visitante, expresó el funcionario.
